fantastic stay!

the breakfast was amazing and so delicious, i loved it. the rooms were well looked after and spotlessly clean. shannon looked after us very well when we visited the bar for something to eat. The kids' menu options were great too!
the corridor leading to the room had a faint odour, though it dissipated quickly after airing the room.

The bed was really uncomfortable (I think it was too firm). I woke up with a major back pain. The pillows were almost as hard.

the staff were very polite i must say they were pretty good i found it quite cute. the rooms were compact but included all necessary amenities. i found the location good for heaton and the nearby park.
the room wasnt properly cleaned the cups were only rinsed out. they were not washed or replaced i could see the stains from my drink from the previous day. the sink wasnt cleaned either

The breakfast WAS very nice. The staff were friendly. The kids got pancakes and nutella. The beds were comfy. The room was cosy and a decent size TO come back to.
The corridor leading to the room smelt of urine. Room decor was shoddy. Wallpaper was peeling away from the ceiling. The room WAS noisy.
